That managed service covers eligibility and HRSA registration, policies and procedures, internal compliance auditing, contract pharmacy oversight, referral prescription capture, inventory and supply chain management, claims identification, and ongoing reporting.

A typical implementation for an established covered entity runs about 8 weeks: roughly 3 weeks of evaluation and gap analysis, followed by 5 weeks of onboarding, software integration, and contract pharmacy activation. New 340B registrants need additional runway to complete HRSA registration before launch.

An infusion TPA is a third party administrator that manages the financial, operational, and clinical coordination of infusion therapy services. Remy's Infusion TPA handles strategic payer and manufacturer partnerships, patient referral workflows, prior authorization, drug procurement, and revenue cycle so health centers can stand up or scale infusion services without building the back office from scratch.
